Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Developer, preferably within the security services or related industry.
Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and client contracts.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
Ability to develop and implement effective business growth strategies.
Experience preparing and presenting compelling business proposals and pitches.
Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Knowledge of the UAE market and business landscape.
Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Must be eligible for immediate joining in Dubai.
