ZF RANE AUTOMOTIVE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Executive - NPD Quality to join their professional team in Viralimalai, Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu. This role is essential for ensuring the highest quality standards during the New Product Development phase in the automotive manufacturing sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for applying technical expertise to manage and improve quality metrics across various projects.
Key responsibilities include mitigating risks for new projects using TGW insights, and utilizing advanced tools such as CMM and Profile Projectors for detailed inspections. The role demands proficiency in quality methodologies including FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA. Candidates will work within a Quality Management System framework, performing deep analytical assessments of quality data to ensure production excellence and adherence to industry regulations in the Tamil Nadu region.

Key Requirements
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
6-8 years of professional experience specifically within the Automotive Industry.
Profound knowledge and proficiency in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
Extensive hands-on experience with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
Strong understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) methodologies.
Competency in MSA (Measurement System Analysis) for quality evaluation.
Direct experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex quality data.
Proven ability to mitigate project risks through previous TGW (Things Gone Wrong) analysis.
Hands-on experience with measurement tools such as CMM and Profile Projectors.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication skills for technical reporting.
