ZF RANE AUTOMOTIVE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive for New Product Development (NPD) Quality. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of new automotive projects through advanced methodologies and hands-on technical expertise. This role involves mitigating project risks and maintaining high standards throughout the development lifecycle. The position is based in Tamil Nadu, specifically serving the Viralimalai and Pudukkottai regions.
As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for utilizing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and specific tools such as CMM and Profile Projectors to analyze data and drive excellence. You will work closely with the engineering team to implement FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA methodologies. Key Requirements
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
6-8 years of professional experience in the Automotive Industry.
Profound knowledge and proficiency in Quality Methodologies like FMEA.
Expertise in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
Strong understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis).
Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex quality data.
Ability to mitigate project risks through previous TGW (Things Gone Wrong) analysis.
Hands-on experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
Proficiency in using Profile Projectors and other metrology equipment.
