Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in Lease Abstraction, Lease Administration, or CRE data services.
At least 1 year of experience in team leadership or project coordination.
Strong understanding of commercial lease language and critical data components.
Proven experience in quality control and executing final review processes.
Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to perform definitive final review of complex lease abstracts and ensure stringent quality standards are met.
Experience managing multiple projects and delivery timelines simultaneously.
Proficiency in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
Demonstrated commitment to driving process improvements and standardization across workstreams.
Experience collaborating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
