Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or relationship management within the non-profit sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with diverse groups of donors and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in using donor management software and CRM databases.
Deep understanding of humanitarian issues and a commitment to the mission of Zakat Foundation.
Ability to represent the organization professionally at public events and donor meetings.
Strong analytical skills to track fundraising progress and evaluate donor engagement strategies.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual fundraising goals.
Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally as required for donor visits.
