HR MANAGER – RETAIL INDUSTRY @ YRCS
As an HR Manager within the retail industry based in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function across multiple retail outlets. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end HR operations for a diverse retail workforce, ensuring that manpower planning and bulk hiring strategies are executed effectively to meet the dynamic needs of the business. You will be tasked with implementing robust performance management frameworks and fostering a culture of high engagement and productivity among staff members.
Furthermore, you will serve as a subject matter expert on UAE Labor Law, ensuring that all HR practices remain compliant with local regulations. Your role involves handling complex employee relations issues and acting as a strategic partner to store leadership teams. By managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees, you will drive organizational success through effective talent management and administrative excellence. The salary for this position is AED 18,000 – 26,000 per month.

Key Requirements
At least 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
Significant experience within the retail industry is highly preferred.
Comprehensive and strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Proven experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning and bulk hiring operations.
Ability to implement and manage performance management frameworks.
Exceptional skills in handling employee relations and ensuring compliance.
Experience partnering with store leadership to drive productivity and engagement.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage HR across multiple outlets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
