Yosicare is expanding its engineering team and actively seeking five experienced Full Stack Developers to join their mission of building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions within the challenging Healthcare SaaS domain. The roles are open for remote or hybrid work arrangements. They are specifically looking for candidates with deep experience, dividing the roles into two positions requiring 7+ years of experience and three positions requiring 10+ years of professional experience in software development. An educational background in Engineering or Computer Applications (or equivalent) is expected, along with a strong preference for prior experience in Healthcare SaaS, including familiarity with FHIR/HL7 standards and HIPAA compliance.
A strong technical foundation is crucial, encompassing modern frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Redux for state management, coupled with architectural understanding of Monorepo and Microfrontend setups. On the backend, expertise in Node.js (also within a Monorepo context), API development (REST and GraphQL), and proficiency in various databases (MySQL, MongoDB) is essential. Furthermore, candidates must demonstrate competence in DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, Docker, and AWS basics) and possess critical knowledge of security protocols like OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS, and HIPAA considerations to ensure all applications are built to be secure and compliant. We are looking for individuals with a strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset, capable of designing highly scalable and secure applications, and who are collaborative team players with excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience is required.
A degree in Engineering / Computer Applications or equivalent field.
Prior domain experience in Healthcare SaaS, including FHIR/HL7 and HIPAA compliance.
Expertise in Frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Redux.
Experience with Monorepo and Microfrontend architecture.
Proficiency in Backend technologies: Node.js (with Monorepo setup), REST, and GraphQL APIs.
Knowledge of Security protocols: OAuth2, JWT, secure API handling, HTTPS, and HIPAA considerations.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
Familiarity with AWS basics (EC2, RDS, S3).
Proficiency in using Databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.
Ability to design scalable and secure applications.
