This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the finance team of a leading client in the logistics and distribution industry. We are specifically seeking a dedicated RTR Analyst who is fluent in Japanese. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those starting their career journey who possess a background in Accounting or have a strong enthusiasm for working within a dynamic Shared Services environment. The position offers significant professional development, including ACCA coverage, and operates under a hybrid working model, based in the Kuala Lumpur (KL) / Selangor region of Malaysia.
The RTR Analyst will be responsible for supporting core Record to Report functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and general ledger maintenance. Key responsibilities include participating in month-end closing procedures, performing account reconciliations, and collaborating closely with international teams, leveraging your Japanese language skills for communication and documentation purposes. The annual compensation package for this role ranges from RM60,000 to RM72,000, reflecting a competitive minimum monthly salary of RM5,000, commensurate with experience and skillset. This role provides a strong foundation for building a robust career in corporate finance.

Key Requirements
Must be a fluent Japanese speaker (written and verbal communication).
Possess an Accounting background or strong foundational knowledge in finance principles.
Interest in exploring a career in a Shared Services environment.
Open to Fresh Graduates or those with minimal professional experience.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (partially remote, partially in office in KL/Selangor).
Strong analytical and meticulous reconciliation skills.
Knowledge of standard Record to Report (RTR) processes (e.g., General Ledger maintenance, fixed assets).
Attention to detail and high accuracy in processing financial data.
Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Commitment to pursuing professional certification like ACCA (supported by company coverage).
