We are immediately hiring 10 enthusiastic and skilled French-speaking professionals to join our Voice Process team in Thane, India. This is a crucial Work From Office role within the BPO industry, focused on providing exceptional customer support and handling inbound/outbound calls entirely in French. Candidates must possess a strong command of both French and English, be prepared for 24x7 rotational shifts, and ready for immediate joining. This opportunity offers a competitive annual CTC of
9,00,000 (equivalent to
75,000 per month) and includes company transport facilities strictly within the designated IBU transport boundaries of Thane.
This position requires a high level of verbal fluency, specifically French B2
C2 level and English C2
C3 level. While graduates are welcome to apply as freshers, candidates who have completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) must possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. Although sourcing is done pan-India, successful applicants must be willing to relocate to Thane to fulfill the Work From Office requirement. The selection process is rigorous, involving an HR round, a mandatory French AMCAT assessment, an Operations round, and a final French language proficiency round.
