They are currently seeking a skilled and hands-on QA Team Lead to manage their Quality Assurance team and improve overall product quality in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up strong QA processes from scratch and ensuring successful product releases within the B2B SaaS hospitality industry.
The role involves leading and supporting QA team members, planning testing through technical documentation, and executing detailed test plans, including regression, smoke, and sanity tests. You will utilize tools like ClickUp or JIRA for workflow management and bug tracking. While the focus is on manual testing and leadership, knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is preferred. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Support teams to act as the final checkpoint for quality before software release, while tracking key performance metrics like bug counts and test coverage.

Key Requirements
8–10 years of overall QA experience in B2B SaaS companies.
3–5 years in a QA lead or manager role.
Hands-on experience with manual testing, UI/UX testing, and API testing.
Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (preferred).
Experience using project management tools like ClickUp or JIRA.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to create and follow best QA practices for hospitality SaaS products.
Experience leading and supporting QA team members in daily operations.
Ability to define rules for bug severity and manage the tracking process.
Proficiency in tracking QA performance metrics such as test coverage and bug counts.
