The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling professional staffing services across sectors such as IT, Finance & Accounting, and Engineering. You must have a proven track record of acquiring new clients within the mid-market and enterprise-level customer segments. Candidates should be well-integrated into the Talent Ecosystem community, maintaining connections with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and CW program leaders. Please note that this role specifically excludes experience primarily focused on healthcare or light-industrial staffing. Successful applicants will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while contributing to a national sales strategy.

Key Requirements

Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing space. 7+ years of experience selling Professional staffing services (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc.). Demonstrated experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers. Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders). Must have experience specifically in professional staffing, not healthcare or light-industrial. Ability to work full-time hours aligned with a client on the East Coast. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas. Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-level stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex service contracts.
