Key Requirements
6+ years total professional experience.
4+ years hands-on experience specifically with Workato.
3+ years hands-on experience with Workato (recipes, connectors, and Agentic AI).
Strong experience designing and building RAG pipelines and agent-based AI systems.
Proven expertise in customer-facing engineering and solution delivery.
Deep integration experience with APIs, iPaaS, ESB, BPM, RPA, and major cloud applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Workday).
Strong coding skills in at least one of Python, Java, or Ruby.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (Required).
Ability to lead customer engagements and deliver tailored integration solutions.
Excellent communication, documentation, and advanced problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices (Inferred).
Experience supporting deployments, troubleshooting, and post-launch activities.
