OUTBOUND SALES EXECUTIVE @ WORK AURA HRS
Join our dynamic team as an Outbound Sales Executive, focusing on a dedicated Sales Voice Process. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services, and driving sales growth. The position is a full-time office-based role requiring a commitment of six working days per week with a fixed Sunday off. You will operate within a rotational day shift window between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Please note that no transportation facility is provided for this role. Salary : Up to ₹40,000 per month (Depends on communication and interview performance).
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills at a C1 level and have at least one year of experience in a BPO environment, specifically within outbound sales. You will go through a three-round interview process involving HR, Operations, and Client assessments. Key Requirements
Graduation is mandatory for this position.
Minimum 1-year experience in a BPO environment is required.
Specific experience in Outbound or Sales processes is a must.
Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level proficiency).
Willingness to work 6 days a week with a fixed Sunday off.
Ability to work in rotational day shifts within the 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM window.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to handle voice sales processes.
Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced sales environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
Capability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
