This role is central to our mission, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between client needs and our internal recruitment capabilities through end-to-end execution. The successful candidate will manage recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring that all client priorities are met with efficiency and precision. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for sourcing, scheduling interviews, and managing offer rollouts. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and MIS reports to track hiring progress and flag potential risks. This position offers high visibility and the chance to grow within a fast-paced recruitment operations environment, making it ideal for those seeking career advancement in the HR sector. Possible work locations mentioned include Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

Key Requirements

1–5 years of professional experience in Recruitment, RPO, or Corporate Hiring environments. Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse assigned roles. Strong understanding of client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities. Proven experience coordinating with internal recruitment teams for effective candidate sourcing. Skills in shortlisting, scheduling, and conducting follow-ups for candidate interviews. Ability to act as a single point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in maintaining recruitment trackers and generating detailed MIS reports. Expertise in using Microsoft Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and reporting tools. Client-facing maturity with a solution-oriented mindset to resolve hiring bottlenecks. High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to meet strict SLAs and TATs.
