HCC/RISK ADJUSTMENT CODERS @ WELLER HIT
Weller HIT is currently building an extensive roster of professional HCC/Risk Adjustment Coders for upcoming 2026 projects scheduled to kick off this spring. This is a full-time opportunity requiring 35 to 40 hours per week, offering both hourly pay and pay-per-chart project structures. Selected candidates will be responsible for accurate medical coding and risk adjustment activities to ensure data integrity for various healthcare providers. Since this is a 100% remote role, applicants must possess their own computer equipment and maintain a reliable, secure internet connection. Please note that all applicants must reside within the United States and hold valid coding credentials, as CPC-A status is not accepted for these specific roles. Key Requirements
3 Years of HCC/Risk Adjustment experience required.
Must have own computer equipment and reliable internet.
Coding credential required (No CPC-A).
Must reside in the USA.
Proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Ability to maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.
Strong understanding of Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) scores.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
