Key Requirements
Relevant Architecture / Civil / Construction degree is mandatory
3 – 6 years of professional experience in architectural design
Expertise in Architectural Design & Project Planning
Proficiency in BOQ & Quantity Takeoff Knowledge
Experience in Construction Site Coordination & Execution
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Ability to collaborate effectively with Site Engineers & Project Teams
In-depth knowledge of Building Materials & Construction Processes
Strong understanding of Estimation & Billing Engineering
Capability to handle site + office coordination duties
