Webex Venture is hiring a Web Developer to manage and build modern web applications from our office in DHA Phase V, Karachi. This full-time role requires on-site attendance during the night shift, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. You will be responsible for the technical development and maintenance of websites, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside designers and sales staff to create a seamless digital experience. The role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure. Key Requirements
Proven experience in web development (Frontend or Backend).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Ability to work night shift hours (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
Experience with CMS platforms and web hosting environments.
Knowledge of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate design mockups into functional code.
Team collaboration skills for working in a professional setting.
Commitment to on-site work at the Karachi location.
Continuous learning of new web technologies and standards.
