Key Requirements
Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Good knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Portfolio showcasing previous design projects or academic work.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
Effective communication skills to explain design decisions.
