Key Requirements
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in technical project management.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional software development teams.
Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
