The Wealth Boutique Firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic NRI Relationship Manager specializing in Wealth Management to join their team in Bangalore, India. This role is crucial for managing and expanding the existing portfolio of Non-Resident Indian clients while actively driving new client acquisition strategies aligned with the firm's overall growth objectives.

The core responsibility involves maximizing Assets Under Management (AUM) through comprehensive advisory services. The manager will advise clients across a wide spectrum of complex wealth solutions, including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance. A key focus area is strengthening relationships within the lucrative GCC–Dubai NRI corridor, necessitating regular travel to Dubai and other client locations for strategic business development and relationship enhancement. Key Requirements

4-8 years of professional experience in sales, specifically targeting HNI (High Net Worth Individual) and NRI (Non-Resident Indian) segments. Proven ability to manage and grow an existing portfolio of Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. Skill in acquiring new NRI clients strategically aligned with the firm's growth objectives. Expertise in driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth. Strong advisory skills across various wealth solutions (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Structured Products, Insurance). Ability to build and deepen strong client relationships, particularly within the GCC–Dubai NRI corridor. Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., to Dubai and other client locations) for business development and relationship management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for high-level client interactions. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks related to NRI investments and compliance. Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving aggressive sales targets and maintaining high service standards.
