Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of progressive Leadership Experience in law, consulting, or a professional environment.
Strong record in client relationship Management, business development, and revenue growth.
Must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate.
Working Knowledge of conveyancing, court rules, and land registry procedures.
Proven experience as a Team Leader with the ability to manage and mentor legal staff.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interaction and representation.
High level of proficiency in legal research and drafting of legal opinions and documents.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal projects and meet strict deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced legal environment.
