We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead Developer for a hybrid position based in Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading development efforts, architecting robust software solutions, and providing technical guidance to the engineering team. This role involves working closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications within the .NET ecosystem, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across all platforms.

Key Requirements
Must be a US Citizen (USC) or Green Card (GC) holder.
Extensive experience in .NET application development and architecture.
Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Core frameworks.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and optimization.
Experience with Web API and Microservices architecture.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Understanding of cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
