TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER @ VSIONTEK
Vsiontek is currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team for a key project based in Bentonville, Arkansas. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex technical programs, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within scope. You will serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and strategic alignment across the organization.

Key Requirements
Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card (GC) holder.
Must be willing to work on a W2 contract basis.
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to mitigate project risks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
