BUSINESS ANALYST @ VPR IT SOLUTIONS
VPR IT Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst for a one-year engagement in White Plains, NY. This hybrid role requires a candidate with over 10 years of experience who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. You will be responsible for gathering complex requirements, conducting workshops, and analyzing business processes to drive efficiency and automation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the 2nd Line of Defense (CPAD and RMDAD) and various vendors to ensure project goals are met. Your responsibilities will extend to supporting the full project lifecycle, including testing, training, and deployment of system enhancements. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Tableau are essential for creating the reports and dashboards necessary for informed decision-making. Experience with fraud screening solutions is a significant advantage.

Key Requirements
10+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
Must be local to the White Plains area with a valid Driver's License.
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements via stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Expertise in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for automation or improvement.
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in data visualization and project management tools like JIRA, Tableau, or Visio.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities to work with IT and vendors.
Knowledge of fraud screening systems such as Actimize or Mitek is a plus.
Professional Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP or PMI-PBA) is highly preferred.
