VISID Construction Private Limited is opening its doors to fresh talent through our Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) and Diploma Engineering Trainee (DET) programs. These positions are designed for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in the construction and infrastructure industry. Trainees will be rotated through various departments and project sites across India to gain comprehensive hands-on experience.
During the training period, you will be mentored by senior engineers and professionals at our Chennai Head Office and at site locations. This is a foundational role where you will learn the practical applications of engineering, project management, and construction safety. We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and contribute to significant infrastructure projects across the country.

Key Requirements
Recent Graduate (GET) or Diploma (DET) in Engineering.
Strong academic record in the relevant field of study.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new engineering concepts.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and drawings.
Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Office.
Willingness to be posted at various project sites in India.
Ability to take initiative and follow technical instructions.
Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
Commitment to completing the training program successfully.
