Key Requirements
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
MBA in Finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of real estate fundamentals
Willingness to learn and grow in valuation domain
Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Ability to conduct property valuations using market and income approaches
