AI DELIVERY ENGINEER @ VIRIDIAN TECH INC
Viridian Tech Inc is looking for a senior AI Delivery Engineer to join our team for a high-impact role involving the delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. This position is based onsite in Berkley Heights, NJ or New York City for four days a week, making it ideal for local candidates. The successful applicant will lead efforts in Chatbot development and the implementation of Agentic AI frameworks while ensuring the robust orchestration of Large Language Models. This role requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience who can navigate complex technical landscapes and provide strategic direction for AI initiatives. Technical requirements include hands-on experience with Snowflake, Cortex, and RAG architectures, as well as the ability to build Streamlit apps and sophisticated AI workflows. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of LLMOps and prompt engineering to optimize model performance. Beyond technical skills, strong stakeholder and delivery management capabilities are essential, particularly within the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. This position requires participation in a comprehensive assessment process, including both video and in-person interviews.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technology and AI delivery.
Proven expertise in Chatbot development and conversational AI interfaces.
In-depth knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agent design.
Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake and Snowflake Cortex tools.
Demonstrated proficiency in LLMOps and the lifecycle management of large language models.
Strong background in AI/ML engineering and Generative AI project delivery.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Semantic Models.
Ability to build and deploy Streamlit applications and complex AI workflows.
Expertise in LLM orchestration, fine-tuning, and advanced prompt engineering.
Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills within enterprise environments.
Experience in the Insurance domain, specifically Property & Casualty (P&C), is highly preferred.
Capability to work onsite 4 days a week in Berkley Heights, NJ or NYC.
