Key Requirements
LLC degree or relevant legal qualification
Basic understanding of South African property law
Knowledge of conveyancing software like GhostConvey
Familiarity with Deeds Office procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple property files simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work under pressure to meet transfer deadlines
