Key Requirements
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and schedule restaurant staff
Strong understanding of financial and budget management
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software
Ability to handle guest complaints and conflict resolution
Knowledge of health and safety compliance
Strong marketing and promotional skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
