We are looking for a passionate and experienced Continental Sous Chef to join our resort team in Bangalore. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, specializing in continental cuisine, and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. The salary offered for this position is ₹70,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in Continental cuisine
Proven leadership and kitchen management skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to plan and execute diverse menus
Strong organizational and inventory control skills
Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Physical stamina to work in a high-pressure environment
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Previous experience in a resort or luxury hotel
