SALESFORCE TECHNICAL ADMIN / PRODUCT OWNER @ VINAY CARE ITS
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Admin / Product Owner to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position with a hybrid schedule, requiring one day per week onsite. In this dual role, you will drive strategy, delivery, and platform excellence by overseeing Salesforce administration and acting as the Product Owner for government-focused Salesforce initiatives. You will be instrumental in designing workflows and ensuring process automation meets organizational goals.
The successful candidate will lead Agile processes, including backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning. You will also be responsible for licensing, governance, and overall platform optimization to maintain a healthy Salesforce environment. Strong stakeholder communication is vital as you navigate complex requirements and guide the platform's evolution. Exposure to Agentforce or Salesforce AI will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in Salesforce Administration
Proven background as a Product Owner or in Product Management
Strong skills in Workflow Design and Process Automation
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Backlog, User Stories, Sprints)
Experience managing Salesforce Licensing and Governance
Ability to perform comprehensive Platform Optimization
Excellent written and verbal Stakeholder Communication skills
Exposure to Salesforce AI or Agentforce platforms
Analytical mindset for translating business needs into technical requirements
Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with onsite presence in Austin
