This individual understands that basic "prompting" is just the starting point; their true expertise lies in orchestrating Agentic AI and complex workflows to build intelligent systems that automate creative tasks while preserving essential quality and creative intent.
Key responsibilities involve architecting complex workflows using tools like n8n agents or AI Studio to solve critical creative challenges, such as generating high-fidelity assets and automating design pipelines. You will be instrumental in automating quality control, replacing manual and repetitive tasks with smart, autonomous agents, ensuring all output meets the company's high standard of taste. The role requires deep, intentional problem-solving—taking a problem apart and reassembling it into an elegant, scalable solution. Furthermore, the Creative Technoartist will scale creativity by building robust "Human-in-the-loop" systems, enabling the creative team to focus on high-level vision while AI handles precise, high-volume execution.

Key Requirements
Knowledge that 'prompting' is only the beginning of the creative process.
Possessing the aesthetic sensibility and judgment of an Art Director.
Having the structured, analytical mindset of a Systems Architect.
Mastery of the modern AI orchestration stack (n8n, Make, Flowise, or Langflow).
Fluency in utilizing major intelligence APIs: Google AI Studio (Gemini), OpenAI API, and Anthropic (Claude).
Ability to select and wire together models based on task (e.g., reasoning vs. creative writing) to create functional logic.
Experience designing complex workflows (using n8n agents or AI Studio) to solve creative problems and automate pipelines.
Capacity to automate quality control and ensure high standards of taste in automated output.
Experience building 'Human-in-the-loop' systems for scalable creative execution.
Strong aptitude for deep problem analysis and the architectural design of solutions.
Commitment to a Full-Time, On-site working arrangement in Noida.
