Key Requirements
3 to 4 years of experience in HR recruitment.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in utilizing major job boards and social media for sourcing.
Proven ability to screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance standards.
Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
