Vereigen Media is hosting a walk-in drive for the position of Lead Generation Executive at our Kharadi, Pune office. We are looking for energetic individuals with a background in B2B sales and dialing campaigns to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, onsite role that offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in the fast-paced world of B2B media and lead generation. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with potential clients and identifying high-quality leads.
The selected candidates will be responsible for executing dialing campaigns, researching potential business prospects, and qualifying leads for the sales team. The walk-in interviews are conducted Monday through Friday between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Key Requirements
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in the B2B domain with dialing campaigns.
Proven ability to conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during cold calling.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques and sales funnel concepts.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and internet research.
Consistent ability to reach and exceed performance KPIs and lead targets.
Prior experience using automated dialing software or CRM systems.
Flexibility to work the specified shift timings of 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic suitable for a corporate environment.
