Key Requirements
Proven experience in a night shift role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Ability to handle front desk operations and guest inquiries during late-night hours.
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability for overnight security and service.
Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects.
Basic computer literacy for check-in and check-out procedures.
Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the entire night shift duration.
Problem-solving skills to handle emergencies or guest complaints effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
