LIFE GUARD (1 POSITION) @ VENUE 88 HOTEL AND EVENTS PLACE
Venue 88 Hotel and Events Place is currently seeking a skilled Life Guard to join our hospitality team in General Santos City. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests using our water facilities. The lifeguard will be responsible for monitoring the pool area, enforcing safety regulations, and responding immediately to any emergencies that may arise during operating hours.

Key Requirements
Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized training institution.
Current certification in First Aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness to perform rescue operations.
Ability to remain vigilant and focused while monitoring pool or water areas.
Excellent communication skills to enforce safety rules and interact with guests.
Knowledge of water chemistry and pool maintenance protocols.
Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
Previous experience as a lifeguard in a hotel or recreational facility.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
