SERVICENOW PLATFORM ARCHITECT @ VDART INC
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect who can lead enterprise-scale platform architecture, design, and implementation across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and automation domains. The candidate will be responsible for driving scalable, OOB-focused ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL best practices while ensuring seamless Integration Hub and enterprise integration workflows. The role demands technical leadership in defining the architectural roadmap and managing complex platform structures. Potential work locations for this position include Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune.
The ideal applicant must possess over 15 years of overall IT experience with a heavy specialization in ServiceNow Architecture. Extensive hands-on knowledge of ITSM and ITOM implementation is required, alongside mandatory experience in CMDB and CSDM frameworks.
