BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER @ VAQUERO ADVERTISING
Vaquero Advertising is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships, specifically within the Hispanic market. Your primary duties will involve identifying new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and leading discovery calls to understand their unique needs. You will also develop customized proposals and host educational events like Lunch & Learns to showcase our agency's capabilities.

Key Requirements
At least 2+ years of professional sales experience.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on growth.
Proven ability to prospect new clients and generate leads.
Experience leading discovery calls and client meetings.
Skilled in developing tailored business proposals.
Ability to host Lunch & Learns and educational workshops.
Expertise in building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Knowledge of or experience within the Hispanic market.
Based in or willing to work in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Strategic thinking skills to help brands connect with multicultural audiences.
