We are seeking an experienced Senior US Technical Recruiter to manage our US-based recruitment processes from our Noida hub. This role requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the US recruitment landscape, specifically dealing with technical roles and varied tax terms. You will play a pivotal role in identifying top-tier technical talent and managing the candidate experience from initial outreach to final placement.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate the nuances of the US IT staffing industry. This role starts as a remote position based out of Noida, offering a great balance of independence and collaborative effort. You will leverage various job boards and networking platforms to build a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring that our clients' technical needs are met with precision and efficiency.

Key Requirements
2-4 years experience in US Recruitment.
Deep understanding of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
Proficiency in using US job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
Advanced Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
Excellent English communication skills for interaction with US candidates.
Strong experience in recruiting for technical and IT-related roles.
Willingness and ability to work in US time zones or night shifts.
