This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in domestic contract hiring who are eager to advance their careers in a dynamic recruitment environment. As a Domestic Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent for various internal and client-based requirements across the country.
The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs and deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines. This position offers an initial remote working arrangement, providing flexibility while staying connected with the team in Noida. Key Requirements
1-3 years experience in domestic contract hiring.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through Indian job portals like Naukri and Indeed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Experience in screening and conducting initial interviews.
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and contract regulations.
Ability to manage a high volume of job openings simultaneously.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
