Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or channel partner model
Strong knowledge of the Chennai real estate market
Familiarity with local builder networks
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
Strong negotiation and closing skills
CRM knowledge is a plus
High energy, persistence, and a positive attitude
Ability to handle client interactions effectively
Proficiency in conducting site visits
Capability to ensure timely follow-ups with potential leads
