Key Requirements
Expertise in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
Strong knowledge of BIOS configuration and management
Proficiency in Windows operating system environments
Hands-on experience or knowledge of networking routers, switches, and hubs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA) are highly preferred
Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Understanding of basic TCP/IP protocols and network addressing
Proactive approach to learning new IT infrastructure technologies
