TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER - MEDICAL EQUIPMENT @ UPMAN
This role focuses on the strategic technical sales of high-end medical equipment within the Tanzanian and broader East African market. The Technical Sales Manager will be the primary authority on product specifications and clinical applications for a range of diagnostic imaging and critical care tools. Key Requirements
At least 15+ years of experience in independently handling pre-sales activities of Medical Equipment.
Expertise in handling products like MRI, CT, Digital X-Ray, and Digital Mammography.
Familiarity with Cathlab, Ultrasound, and Critical Care products from reputed manufacturers.
Proven ability to lead in-depth technical discussions and presentations in healthcare institutions.
Capacity to act as a product specialist and prepare detailed product comparisons with competition.
Experience in preparing technical compliance for RFQs in both Public and Private tenders.
Ability to constantly coordinate with the Commercial Manager to close sales deals.
Bachelors in engineering in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or Electronics & Instrumentation.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market landscape in Tanzania and East Africa.
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical data to varied stakeholders.
