The key responsibilities include providing end-to-end counseling for university and course selection, supporting students with profile building, including SOP and LOR guidance, and advising on financial planning and scholarships. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the overseas education sector, particularly in consultancies, and demonstrate a proven track record of meeting conversion targets and intake goals. You will work closely with students to shortlist appropriate programs and ensure a smooth transition to their chosen international institutions.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseas education counselling.
Deep understanding of student aspirations and international education trends.
Proven ability to convert counseling sessions into successful student admits.
Experience working with leading Study Abroad consultancies is highly preferred.
Proficiency in providing end-to-end counseling for university and course selection.
Ability to provide detailed guidance on Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Letters of Recommendation (LOR).
Strong skills in student profile building and shortlisting academic programs.
Knowledge of financial planning, scholarships, and budgeting for international students.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve monthly and intake-wise targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with students and parents.
