Unizon Taskforce Technology is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base from our Dehradun office. This on-site, full-time role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and promoting our specialized recruitment services to prospective clients in the US market. You will play a crucial role in the company's expansion by securing new accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to generate leads through various online and offline channels.
Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage leads.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work night shifts to communicate with US-based clients.
Basic understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.
Strong research skills to identify potential business opportunities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales targets.
