Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or garment sectors.
Ability to pass a technical skill assessment test conducted by the agency.
Possession of a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
Willingness to relocate to Kuwait for the duration of the project.
Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to international standards.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment with teammates from different backgrounds.
Basic communication skills to understand instructions and safety protocols.
Reliable work ethic and a history of consistent performance in industrial roles.
