Candidates must possess significant experience in the general insurance sector and hold professional certifications such as ACII or FCII. Key Requirements
ACII or FCII qualification (Mandatory).
20+ years of extensive experience in General Insurance (Mandatory).
Proven track record in strategic planning and budgeting within the insurance industry.
Experience in leading overall operations and driving significant business growth.
In-depth knowledge of finance, claims management, and product development.
Expertise in digital transformation and modernizing insurance processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-level networking.
Ability to work effectively in the Tanzanian market and understand local regulations.
Demonstrated capability in executive decision-making and organizational governance.
