This is an opening for an experienced DevOps Architect to join the team, focusing on designing secure, scalable, and high-performance systems. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in DevOps methodologies and IT infrastructure, requiring 10-15 years of relevant experience. The primary role involves leading infrastructure architecture, defining automation strategy, and ensuring system reliability across various cloud and hybrid IT environments. This position is crucial for shaping the long-term platform strategy of the organization, with the work location being Bengaluru (Remote).
Key responsibilities include architecting highly scalable cloud and infrastructure solutions and spearheading the CI/CD and automation strategy implementation. The architect will manage complex hybrid environments, incorporating both major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure. A significant focus will be placed on overseeing the Docker and Kubernetes infrastructure, ensuring top-tier security, performance, and reliability standards are consistently met across all deployed systems. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and providing high-level guidance on critical architecture decisions.

Key Requirements
Possess 10–15 years of demonstrated experience in DevOps and IT infrastructure roles.
Strong expertise in major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Deep foundational knowledge of containerization technologies, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Extensive expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Advanced scripting skills using languages such as Python and Bash.
Proven ability to lead infrastructure architecture and complex troubleshooting efforts.
Experience in managing and maintaining hybrid IT environments (cloud and on-premise).
Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams on architecture best practices.
Track record of designing secure, scalable, high-performance systems.
