Key Requirements
10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
5+ years of experience at a top-tier product company such as Google, Amazon, Meta, or Microsoft.
Strong experience in full-stack development and building scalable systems.
Deep expertise in software architecture, debugging, and maintaining code quality.
Excellent communication skills for conducting structured technical evaluations.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), and C/C++.
Experience with Java, Rust, or Go for developing robust code solutions.
Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated code for performance and reliability.
Experience collaborating with researchers to build high-quality datasets for AI training.
