We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team in India. This role focuses on sourcing and attracting top-tier talent, specifically for our Sales divisions within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in volume hiring and be capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment process with efficiency and precision.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that hiring managers' needs are met and quality candidates are presented. This position is available in both Mumbai and Bangalore locations. We require an immediate joiner or someone with a maximum notice period of 15 days to handle our fast-paced hiring requirements. Key duties involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure they fit our corporate culture and business goals.

Key Requirements
6-8 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition.
Must have a strong background in Sales recruitment.
Demonstrated experience in managing volume hiring processes.
Must have exposure in handling recruitment within an FMCG company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to join immediately or within a 15-day notice period.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other job boards for sourcing.
Proven experience in candidate screening and interview coordination.
Strategic mindset for talent pipeline development and management.
